All UK orders for greetings cards qualify for free Standard delivery. Standard delivery is sent Royal Mail 1st class (2-3 days from dispatch). Express delivery is sent Royal Mail 1st Class Next Day (1 working day from dispatch). Orders need to be placed by 12 Noon to guarantee next day delivery when choosing the express option.

All UK mainland orders for invitations over £50 also qualify for free delivery. This will be dispatched to you within 21 days of ordering, once all artwork has been approved. 

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Orders are only dispatched on weekdays. 

If you suspect a lost delivery, please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.

Delivered when you’re not at home?

All our greeting cards are dispatched in a C5 'Do Not Bend' envelope via Royal Mail. Although most will fit through letter boxes and will not require a signature, this is not always the case. If this happens Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel.

If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge for re-posting the item to you.  To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address, for example, your work address. 

All items sent by Express Delivery to require a signature. 

International deliveries

We use Royal Mail Airmail for overseas postage. Please note this is not a trackable service.

Prices vary depending on weight & country. Costs will be calculated for you during checkout before you finalise your order.

Deliveries within Europe usually takes 5-7 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.

Deliveries outside Europe usually take 7-10 working days to arrive. But it can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office. You can check this with your country’s customs office.

If, unfortunately, your item is lost in the post, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Items, however, are not considered lost until 25 working days so please bear this in mind as we attempt to sort out the issues.
